Position Details Position: Server (Part Time)
Location: Springdale, Arkansas
Starting wage: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
Shift schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Responsibilities
To be a Host with the Most: greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
To be a Peppy Prepper: whether prepping a table for service, salads for the next meal, or rolling silverware, ensure the meal service is successful through preparation.
To be a Titan of Tidiness: buss tables, sweep floors – important for community pride.
To be an Appetite Anthropologist: communicate with supervisors and wellness staff about poor dietary habits, changes in appetite, or residents missing meals.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least 8th‑grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude, loves residents.
Active role that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assist after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
