We are seeking an entry-level Production Assistant to support facility operations along with cellar, packaging, and production day tasks

This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of a brewery setting. The Production Assistant will focus heavily on cleanliness, organization, and packaging support, helping ensure our production and taproom spaces run smoothly. No prior brewery experience is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain the brewhouse, cellar, production areas, and equipment

Support general taproom cleaning and facility upkeep

Maintain sanitation standards and follow all safety procedures

Assist with packaging operations, including kegging and canning

Support cellar operations, including beer transfers and general production tasks

Keep work areas organized, safe, and efficient
