Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share best practices. Maintain a safe and organized classroom, ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere. Required Qualifications
Strong experience in early childhood education. Relevant educational degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Proven ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with early childhood education best practices and developmental milestones. Additional certifications in child development or specialized teaching methods. Work Environment
