Overview At Primrose, we are dedicated to nurturing and developing young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Infant Assistant Teacher(s) to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our lead teachers and ensuring a safe, loving, and stimulating atmosphere for our infants.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for infants.

Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities and routines.

Engage with infants through play, communication, and educational activities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom.

Observe and document infant development and behavior.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience working with infants or in a childcare setting.

Ability to provide a stable and nurturing environment for children.

Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom and individual children.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Additional training in child development or early childhood education.
