Job Description OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast‑paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We seek an experienced Administrative Assistant, Centralized Support to assist with our Mega Projects across multiple regions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
Reconciling PO receivers via Coupa.
Invoice processing via Coupa.
Ensuring timely payments of invoices to maintain accurate records and reporting.
Creating and maintaining vendor and employee master files.
Reviewing and reconciling customer statements and accounts.
Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders and purchase orders.
Maintaining internal and external relationships with vendors and employees, including solving issues and discrepancies.
Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks, including ordering office supplies, filing, scanning, etc.
Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Education and Experience
1+ year of administrative experience is required.
Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge is a plus.
Experience with Coupa is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds if needed.
