Responsibilities
Maintain facility repairs for common areas
Maintain property safety and inspections
Maintain exterior property appeal
Assist with resident communication for customer experience
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Physical Functions
Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds and lifting over sixty (60) pounds occasionally.
Benefits and Compensation Virginia Beach, VA $17.00–$20.50 per hour
Full‑time employment with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) options, PTO, a competitive salary, and a project bonus structure.
