Reporting Location : Long Island City, NY
Compensation : $72,392 per year plus customer tips
Schedule : Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed)
Start Time : Between 6 am – 7 am until workload is completed

Responsibilities
Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
Accelerate growth through upselling and meet customer acquisition goals.
Manage account information and maintain delivery records including cash and receipts.
Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) safely, following DOT documentation and safety policies.
Adhere to safety policies, including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and incident reporting.
Deliver correct products within scheduled times and support team efforts.
Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services per quality processes.
Act as a team player, helping others when needed.
Use product handling tools to lift and carry up to 250 units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs.
Climb in and out of the vehicle up to 40–55 times per day.
Skills Required
Safety Focus: Operate a commercial vehicle responsibly and complete DOT documentation daily.
Service Orientation: Courteous, outgoing, and maintain a professional image.
Meeting Preferences: Deliver correct products on schedule.
Efficiency Mindset: Identify efficiencies and provide actionable solutions.
Selling Skills: Follow pricing and promotion guidelines and upsell additional products.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (if applicable). Primo Brands offers CDL training.
Service-oriented with strong face‑to‑face sales skills.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in various weather conditions.
Strong customer interaction skills in diverse settings.
Physical capability to lift and carry loads up to 45 lbs and climb in/out of vehicle 40–55 times daily.
Availability for an average 45‑hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day.
Clear DOT medical card and clean driving record per DOT requirements.
Age 21 or older (DOT requirement).
