Stocking the lunchmeat case Assist in daily cutting and wrapping of fresh beef, pork and grinds in order to satisfy sales needs Assist in writing orders Organize and check in fresh meat deliveries Engage and educate customers about meat selections as needed Qualifications
Possess basic math skills Able to multi task Motivated with a sense of urgency High school diploma or GED Applicants with no meat experience will be considered. Apply if interested. New Market can and will train. Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures Meat cutting experience in retail or restaurant industry a plus
