Job Description
Rounds with previous shift staff to receive report on care given to patients.
Delivers care using the mission, vision, and value statements, incorporating patient‑centric behaviors daily.
Promotes timely patient placement by following hospital policy for patient admission, discharge, and transfer.
Provides care to patients in accordance with standards of care, including assistance with hygiene, comfort, and activities of daily living.
Maintains patient skin integrity by turning and repositioning patients, preventing skin shearing, and notifying nurses of skin breakdown.
Qualifications
High School Grad or equivalent.
Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS).
RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement.
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – accredited issuing body.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – accredited issuing body.
Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) – accredited issuing body.
Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) – accredited issuing body.
Pay $16.14 - $25.83 per hour.
