Average Pay: $80,000.
Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.
3rd shift – overnight.

What You’ll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects before and after each trip & submit DOT inspection reports.
Verify bill of lading accuracy and secure keys for off‑hour deliveries.
Drive the tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
Unload trailer and deliver products to customer premises.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You’ll Bring As a CDL‑A Teammate
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
Minimum 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Pass McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
