**$25.00 per hour during your training phase***
Complete a **weeklong classroom course**, **behind-the-wheel training**, and **road test***
Earn your **Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement***
Step into a **full-time Local Driver role at $27.00 per hour**** Training Timeline**You can complete the full process and start your driving career in as little as **3 weeks**! Most individuals can get it within a few months!** Once You're a CDL Driver, You’ll:*** Operate a garbage truck safely on local routes* Collect solid waste and recyclables from residential and commercial customers* Follow route sheets and work independently* Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance* Provide friendly, professional service to customers** What You’ll Need***
A **valid Class D license** and ability to obtain a CDL permit within 90 days of start date*
A **clean driving record***
Physically able to lift **50+ lbs** and work in **all weather conditions***
Strong communication + basic reading/writing skills (English required)*
**High school diploma or GED** preferred*
