Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Summary This position supports individuals, couples, and families through telehealth while maintaining strong clinical oversight. You will balance therapy delivery with responsibility for care quality, helping ensure clients receive thoughtful, effective treatment in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals and families
Create, review, and update treatment plans
Maintain compliance with documentation and clinical standards
Support case reviews and quality assurance activities
Collaborate with leadership on care improvements
Practice in alignment with Arkansas LMFT regulations
Qualifications
Active Arkansas
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms
Ability to manage caseloads with minimal supervision
