Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is seeking a
dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant
to support our
full-time Preschool (3-year-old) classroom . This role is ideal for a candidate who understands early childhood development and is confident working with young learners in a structured, nurturing environment.
Teaching Assistants partner closely with the classroom teacher to create a safe, engaging, and faith-centered learning environment. Together, the teaching team supports the
academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development
of every child. Teaching Assistants are expected to be actively involved in classroom instruction, small-group learning, and individualized student support as directed by the teacher. Additional responsibilities include recess and lunch supervision.

Have experience working with
preschool-aged children , especially 3-year-olds
