Join the Sub‑Zero, Wolf, and Cove Scottsdale team as a Fabrication A Welder / Finisher / TIG. Receive a $3,500 sign‑on bonus, split into two portions: the first portion is paid upon starting, and the second portion is paid after completing six months of employment.
The position supports fabrication activities, ensuring timely manufacturing support in a safe and respectful manner. You will produce parts and operate machines per supervisor direction, following Manufacturing Work Instructions or Job Instruction Breakdowns. Tasks may vary with different work assignments.
Responsibilities
TIG welding and finishing of stainless steel and other materials
Operate Kuhlmeyer grinding and polishing machines (auto, semi‑auto, and manual)
Select proper software program to run specific parts on the machines and make software modifications as necessary
Complete set up tasks to prepare for shift such as getting proper fixtures
Visually inspect and measure parts for accuracy and defects
Perform preventative maintenance tasks
Train employees on procedures and techniques
Assist in defining work instructions
Maintain housekeeping and workstation organization
Other duties as assigned
