We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account offering steady freight, predictable home time, and premium benefits. This is a hands‑on position with consistent, year‑round work and reliable weekly pay.
Position Overview
Dedicated lanes with consistent schedules
Physically active role with steady workload
100% touch freight – boxes loaded onto a conveyor belt
Box weight: 1–35 lbs
Pay & Compensation
Average Weekly Earnings: $2,200
Annual Earnings: Up to $113,000
Daily Flat Rate: $215
Unload Pay: $300 per trailer
Average Weekly Miles: ~1,400
Trailers per Week: 3–4 (53’ dry van)
Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Paid Weekly
Schedule & Home Time
5.5‑day work week
34‑hour reset weekly
Truck parking allowed at DC, home, or secure location
Benefits Package

7 days PTO + $700 holiday pay

Hiring Requirements
Valid Class A CDL (state of residence)
Minimum age: 21
At least 1 year of verifiable CDL‑A experience (within the last 3 years)
Safety & Driving Standards
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years
No unauthorized truck abandonments in the past 3 years
No serious traffic violations in the past 3 years
No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
Must pass PSP screening
