LIBERTY SENIOR LIVING Is Currently Seeking An Experienced CONCIERGE Job Summary The Concierge position at Liberty Senior Living requires a high level of confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to visitor management, emergency response, and resident services.

Responsibilities

Ensure all visitors sign in via kiosk.

Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person or department.

Call resident apartments to announce visitors before sending them.

Enter work orders for housekeeping, pest control, and maintenance.

Accept packages, monitor postal delivery, and notify residents of deliveries.

Inform the Executive Director and department heads when officials enter the building.

Initiate assistance from local medical professionals (police, EMT) via 911 if necessary.

Assist emergency services in locating resident units and direct resident response.

Have working knowledge of the fire alarm panel and direct resident response during emergencies.

Deliver flowers, assist visitors completing applications.

Meet and greet all new residents and assist visitors, families, and employees.

Follow the fire plan, participate in fire response, and adhere to all policies and procedures.

During evening shifts, secure the building following security procedures; roam the building multiple times per shift.

During overnight shifts, make rounds throughout common areas to ensure security and safety.

Deliver newspapers to resident doors.

Complete resident daily check‑in at 10 am during day shifts.

Respond to resident emergency calls as they occur.

Be available before, during, and after any type of disaster.

Use computers and exhibit critical thinking skills.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school graduate.

Team player with a positive and considerate attitude.

Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Computer literacy.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Willingness to perform various functions.

Read, understand, and follow personnel, department, and facility policies related to the Business Office.

Consistently make a positive, professional first impression.
