Pay & Benefits Pay:
$1,109+ per week (Hourly $27.73) – 40+ hours per week.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, start 5:00 a.m.
Paid Training.

Paid personal time off starts day 1 – 80 hours accrued in the first year; unused balance paid at hourly rate if not taken.

Job Description Drive a SOLO Class B CDL truck delivering local home daily routes in MD, DC, and VA. The route includes touch HVAC equipment and parts. Must be able to drive manual and operate a 26‑ft truck with a lift gate. Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.
Identify and eliminate safety hazards and maintain accurate logs.
Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 21 years of age.
Pass Ryder drug test, background and motor‑vehicle check, DOT physical, and Ryder road test.
Provide valid Class A or B CDL with appropriate endorsements.
Experience: 9 months within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions; read and apply laws and regulations.
Must be able to drive manual and operate a 26‑ft truck with a lift gate.
Additional Screening Some positions may require further background checks, education verification, motor‑vehicle record checks, and customer‑specific requirements.
