Member Service Representative (MSR)
Victory Electric Cooperative is seeking a service‑driven Member Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our member‑owners. In this fast‑paced, high‑call‑volume role, the MSR provides prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance by phone, email, and in person, using strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain billing, electric usage, service requests, and cooperative programs.

Responsibilities
Answer outage calls, billing and payment questions, electric usage inquiries, and service requests.
Explain cooperative programs and promote a positive, professional experience in every interaction.
Provide assistance promptly and accurately via phone, email, or in person.
Act as the first point of contact for member‑owners.
Qualifications
Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
Actively listens, communicates with professionalism and empathy, and adapts communication style to meet member needs.
Detail‑oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Committed to delivering excellent customer service while upholding the Cooperative’s policies and values.
Pre‑employment drug screening and background check required.
