Overview
Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a qualified Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for following established meal service standards and promoting an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests through proper supervision and training of service staff. The supervisor is on the floor during meal service and enforces all policies including employee appearance, attendance and punctuality, service standards, and completion of job duties. Attends department meetings and drives employee engagement and retention. Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment Benefits
