Save Job

Join the new chapter of our farm! Although Steelbow has been growing organic veggies for 9 seasons, in 2025 we relocated to the Hudson Valley and signed a 99 year ground lease on a 200 acre historic farm property. This is a new era for us and the farm. It is an exciting time to work for us as we navigate a new place and rebuild our business. We are in the dreamin' and schemin' phase. We are scaling, diversifying our crops and finally living on the farm. We inherited a well loved organic strawberry and blueberry u-pick operation and we will be building that out with more crops. We plan to grow around 10 acres of vegetables for wholesale and onsite sales this season.

Founded in 2017, Steelbow Farm is a small, dynamic operation. We care truly, madly and deeply about the quality of the produce we grow and the people who grow it. We love our work because it is physical, honest, gratifying and we love to eat food from our fields. We strive for exceptional flavor and quality in all we produce.

We as farmers and community members believe wholeheartedly in supporting the renaissance of local economies. We are excited to support the community that supports us. We believe farms are cornerstones of their community. We also believe that it is extremely important to show up and speak out for what we believe in as people and as business owners. The personal, the financial, the commercial is all political.

We believe in honest food and let our values drive our farm business. We know people are at the heart of what we do. We believe sustainable, regenerative farming practices grow more than delicious food: we are growing a vibrant local economy, lasting relationships and nurturing our soil and land base.
