Truck Driver – Local Class A – $5,000 Retention Bonus – Penske Logistics
Immediate Opportunities:
Full‑time Local Class A CDL Truck Driver positions.
Average annual salary: $95,000
Retention bonus: $5,000
Annual safety bonus: $3,000
Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral
Local, home daily
You will drive:
Late‑model Penske Truck Leasing trucks with best‑in‑class comfort features
Cameras inside and outside the cab for safety
What you will do:
Deliver palletized groceries to local stores
Maintain zero pallet breakdowns
Home daily
Schedule:
Multiple schedules available
Typical 8‑pm to 9‑pm start time
Additional $200 incentive for working a 6th day

Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
Current DOT medical card (non‑exempt) or ability to obtain one
1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years
3 years of DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines
Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
English language proficiency required by federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
Work required schedule, location, complete application, submit to background investigation and drug screening
Work safely with constant alertness; accept responsibility for own and others’ safety
Physical Requirements:
Adequate vision to see and hear; close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjust focus
Frequent movement, standing, walking, sitting; use of hands to touch, handle, feel, reach
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) routinely; up to 100 lbs (45 kg) occasionally
Legal operation of motor vehicle, entry/exit to vehicle and rear cargo area
