Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL; applicant must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
Non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card with ability to obtain1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in last 3 years, OR 2 years in last 5 years
3‑year DMV/MVR record with ≤2 moving violations or accidents
Full attendance and eligibility to work required schedule
English language proficiency (required by federal law)
Background investigation, drug screening, and completion of Penske application
Ability to work in state of safety sensitivity; constant alertness and responsibility for own and others’ safety
Physical Requirements
See and hear; close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus
Move frequently; stand, walk, sit; use hands to touch and reach with arms
Lift/move up to 50 lb (23 kg) regularly; up to 100 lb (45 kg) occasionally
Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit vehicle and cargo area
