Join our team at Lawrence Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Housekeeping Aide.

Full-time opportunity available

Monday-Friday 6 AM- 2:30 PM

$16-$17.50 an hour

Responsibilities for Housekeeping Aide:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Clean all assigned areas including but not limited to resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, nursing stations, handrails, dining rooms, shower rooms, public bathrooms and offices as assigned.

Keep utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.

Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies.

Dust furniture and equipment.

Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork.

Clean the inside of resident room windows, door panels, and sills.

Empty wastebaskets, transport trash and waste to the disposal area.

Stock housekeeping cart at the end of the day, keeping the cart in a clean orderly fashion with chemicals not in use locked inside the cart.

Follow established safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals and use as directed.
