(This position will train at one of our local stores until the Greenvale location opens in July).
As a Baker, you'll play a key role in crafting a wide variety of fresh‑baked goods, ensuring top‑tier quality, taste, and presentation. From classic pastries to elegant cakes and custom orders, you’ll be part of a team that delivers exceptional products and service every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and special orders
Ensure all client orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time
Clean and restock workstations, maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment
Support the bakery team with additional tasks and duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Formal baking education or training from a culinary school or bakery program is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on baking experience in a professional setting
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation for cakes, breads, pastries, and other specialty baked goods
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to consistency and quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Must be able to speak, read, and communicate clearly in English
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
