What You’ll Be Doing the first 6 months: Apprentice Storekeeper acquires the skills necessary to provide efficient service in receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials and supplies necessary to the operation, maintenance, and construction of facilities and keeps records on all inventory and materials required by a Storekeeper.
Learn to safely operate storeroom machinery
Launch and navigate Oracle NetSuite and barcoding software
Gain knowledge of inventory locations
Acquire forklift certification
This is a schedule progression position with periodic evaluations for progression to Journeyman Storekeeper within 2 years.
Essential Skills:
A basic understanding of storeroom and machinery operations
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to operate a forklift
CDL license required
Must reside within 30 statute miles of Marshfield MO
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to operate storeroom machinery including forklift, man-lift, trucks, and trailers
