About the role We are seeking to engage enthusiastic, ambitious and dynamic Presenter/Hosts at our Kirkley Hall campus. Our vision is to continue to develop the provision within Animal Management, increase student numbers, and continue to improve the quality of our learners’ and guest’s experience. The role is to deliver school group sessions, conservation education sessions and staff the admission kiosk and food kiosk on days we are open to the public. Shift patterns will be working weekends with additional shifts during the week when we have educational bookings or open for half terms and school holidays.
About the Candidate The successful candidates will be customer focused ensuring all guests to the College’s commercial Zoo (Northumberland College Zoo) get the very best experience. Suitable candidates should be able to work individually or as part of the education team to deliver popular education trips individually for school groups during the week and work with the general public whilst open to the public during school holidays and weekends.
Due to the nature of this post, you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
