Long-Lewis of the Shoals is looking for a courteous and energetic

Porter and Greeter

to welcome guests, assist with vehicle handling, and support our dealership operations. This key front‑line role ensures a great first impression for our customers and helps keep things running smoothly both inside and outside the building.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.

Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently.

Keep the service drive, lot, and customer waiting areas clean and organized.

Assist with vehicle retrieval when service is complete.

Provide friendly, helpful service to enhance the customer experience.

Occasionally answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and assist with basic inquiries or direct the call to the correct person.

Support team members with light administrative or clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service, porter/lot attendant, or general support roles is a plus.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred.

Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers in a polite, helpful manner.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Starting Pay:

$12 per hour
