Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and scheduling department staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle administrative tasks to support sales goals and improve department efficiency.
Help develop budgets, forecast goals, and track progress for both the team and individual salespeople.
Assist in inventory management and ensure dealership policies are followed.
Collaborate on sales meetings, regulatory compliance, and cross-department teamwork.
Qualifications
