About the Muslim community in Bentonville and the School
Ours is a small but rapidly growing community of more than 1200 Muslims including 150‑200 kids. We have one small masjid and are working on a larger purpose‑built masjid, both under the auspices of Bentonville Islamic Center (BIC).
This school (Al‑Falah Academy) is being founded with an integrated vision of knowledge where all subjects and activities will be planned within an overarching Islamic framework. The School works closely with the local masjid (BIC) but is independent of it and has its own board comprising mostly of people with background in teaching and Islamic knowledge.
