Team Member / Barista – Ole & Steen Bring the Danish concept of hygge to NYC! At Ole & Steen, we believe in good vibes, teamwork, and creating a welcoming space for every guest. We’re looking for friendly, energetic people who love hospitality and want to grow with us.

What you’ll do:

Craft quality coffee drinks

Serve food and pastries behind the line

Create a warm, positive guest experience

Help with daily cleaning and reset tasks

Support your team wherever needed

What we’re looking for:

Guest-focused, upbeat, and a strong team player

Excited to learn coffee and food skills (no experience required—we’ll train you!)

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
