One of our clients is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) for rewarding opportunities in the Chester County areas. Home and Community Hours. Earn up to $26/hour
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTON OF THIS OPPORTUNITY A BHT will provide critical one-on-one, behavior-based interventions in school, home and community settings. You will:
Deliver interventions as outlined in the treatment plan with precision and professionalism.
Document progress through written clinical notes for each client encounter.
Participate in required weekly supervisions to ensure high-quality care.
Follow plan by BCBA
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE To qualify, you must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
One year experience
RBT training 40 hours
Safety Care Trained
Additionally, candidates must:
Complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
Provide current health documents, including a physical exam, TB test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environments.
