Harborview Restaurant & Bar is an award-winning elevated Cantonese Chinese restaurant located at San Francisco's Embarcadero Center. We are seeking an experienced, professional

Bartender

to deliver exceptional guest experiences in both restaurant and private event settings. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient bar service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards Accurately enter orders and process payments using POS Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed Verify guest identification and comply with alcohol service laws Support private events, banquets, and high-volume services Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years bartending experience (fine dining or high-volume preferred) Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication and guest service skills Must be at least 21 years old Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Ability to communicate in English and/or Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) Experience with private events or banquet service Benefits
