We are looking for an experienced
Restoration Technician
to join our team! You will make an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes completing drying, demolition, and other restoration activities. You should be IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. Responsibilities: Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew instructions Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with equipment Prepare rooms/areas for work activities Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians Qualifications: IICRC certification Experience in cleaning/restoration Experience serving commercial properties Valid driver’s license High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products and chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary The IICRC, or Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, is a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. Founded in 1972, it has evolved into a global organization with over 49,000 Certified Technicians and 6,500 Certified Firms worldwide.
