Restoration 1 of Louisville East is a locally owned restoration company serving the greater Louisville area. We specialize in water damage cleanup, structural drying, and property restoration. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to water damage calls and perform water extraction and drying services
Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)
Remove and dispose of damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
Document work performed with photos and moisture readings
Communicate clearly with customers and supervisors
Maintain tools, vehicles, and job sites in clean working order
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergencies
Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians
Qualifications:
IICRC certification preferred but not required
Experience in cleaning/restoration
Experience serving both residential and commercial properties
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma/GED
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
