Responsibilities
Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.
Assist in preparation of market‑ready units.
Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
Assist with property emergencies: snow removal, inclement weather, fires, floods.
Clean available apartments, model homes, and common areas as directed.
Address maintenance concerns related to inclement weather.
Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining highest cleanliness and curb appeal standards, interacting courteously with residents.
Preserve and respect confidentiality of applicants and residents.
Foster positive relationships with residents, other properties, and agencies.
Immediately report any maintenance or life‑safety issues identified.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Skills and Requirements
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and current auto insurance.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to use general office equipment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Professional appearance and compliance with uniform policy.
Compliance with all safety requirements.
Required to complete and pass Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days.
Ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt, and operate a commercial snow blower.
