Position Available: Full Time Unarmed Security Supervisor - 2nd Shift. Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm for FANUC America Corporation in Oakland County, MI. Wage: $20.50/hour. Now offering DailyPay service. Work today, get paid tomorrow!

Primary Responsibilities
Assist Security Account Manager with overseeing, supervising, and directing security officers.
Research and resolve problems related to security division operational issues.
Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
Identify staff development and training needs and ensure that training is obtained.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to work.
Make rounds to check for security coverage in designated work areas and sites.
Investigate customer concerns.
Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
Observe activity and traffic in assigned area to enforce rules/regulations; alert visitors of infractions.
Assist any persons in building or on grounds needing directions or information.
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Respond to alarms and dispatched calls; decide what actions to take based on situation, facts known and position limitations.
Decide when incident requires written report; decide which report form to use and submit to supervisor.
Unlock buildings/doors after checking identification and compliance with policies.
May assist law enforcement officers with crowd control and surveillance at large public events.
Any other duties assigned.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior security or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
You must pass a background check and any required licensing or training.
You must pass a drug screening.
Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
