Description We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Bell Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience during their stay. This role involves assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly demeanor

Assist guests with luggage and ensure it is delivered to their rooms promptly

Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area

Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner

Assist with transportation arrangements as needed

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Friendly and approachable personality

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
