Lead Pilates Instructor – Lakeville
Riser Fitness, one of the nation’s largest developers of the Club Pilates franchise system, is hiring a Lead Pilates Instructor for its Lakeville studio. With more than 70 locations across the United States and Mexico, Riser Fitness continues to expand while maintaining a strong commitment to accessible, high‑quality Pilates training.

Responsibilities
Teach a variety of apparatus‑based classes (Chair, Reformer, Springboard, TRX, Magic Circle, hand weights, etc.) ensuring safe and creative group experiences.
Use anatomical knowledge to provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations.
Develop and implement Club Pilates standard class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging.
Instruct Intro, group apparatus, private, and semi‑private classes as scheduled.
Maintain open availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Participate in monthly Lead Instructor conference calls and train staff on new topics.
Regularly inspect equipment for damage or wear and recommend updates to management.
Track and review fellow Pilates instructors for proficiency and performance.
Provide mentorship and support to fellow instructors, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education.
At least 2 years of teaching experience.
Proficiency in contemporary approaches to classical Pilates exercises.
Excellent customer service and pleasant demeanor.
Experience teaching 6+ participants in an apparatus‑based group class.
Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
Previous leadership or management experience.
Effective communication skills.
Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates.
Passion for learning and attending continued education trainings and seminars.
Punctual and reliable.
Pay & Availability Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Pay ranges from $40.00 to $65.00 per class, depending on experience. Base pay is offered for all lead hours with incentives based on client attendance. Bonus opportunities are available for qualified talent.
