Job Overview
The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for set up, clearing and cleanliness of the Club Lounge in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. As a Hospitality Attendant you play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to patrons.
What You’ll Be Doing
Set up club lounge before service, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring proper table settings.
Pickup and deliver food to the club lounge from the hotel restaurant.
Replenish food and beverages as needed throughout shift.
Greet guests, and may serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness and federal, state and local serving regulations.
Complete assigned side work and related cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
Maintain a clean and organized club lounge by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
Assist with all aspects of service as requested.
Skills And Abilities
High School diploma
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Working Conditions & Physical Effort Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines.
