Job Description
This will be a tipped position with shifts from 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM Wednesday through Friday, plus opportunities for additional hours on occasional PM shifts.

Key Skills / Responsibilities
Service Superstars:
Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is memorable. Maintain a sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards, and commit to reliable attendance to support smooth hotel operations.
Guest Assistance Experts:
Load and unload luggage, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, escort guests to rooms, open and close cab doors, and deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed.
Local Resource Guides:
Stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options, provide maps and directions, and keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming.
Driving Professionals:
Keep the van clean inside and out, transport guests on scheduled runs, and showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested.
Team Players:
Support guest services by answering the console, helping with room changes, and jumping in for other duties as needed. Always follow company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
Education & Experience
High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; at least one year of driving experience.
Strong communication, quick decision‑making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
