Behind the scenes, you keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality ninja. Juggling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details? No problem. You keep it all organized and running like clockwork. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
