Benefits You Can Count On
Pay Rate:
$80,000–$90,000; top earners up to $110,000+
Sign‑on bonus:
up to $10,000 depending on experience
Shift:
3rd Shift dispatch
Day‑1 benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company‑paid life insurance

What You’ll Do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post‑trip and submit the DOT inspection report.
Inspect the bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
Drive the tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
Unload the trailer, delivering the product into customer premises.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You’ll Bring as a CDL‑A Teammate
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
