Kitchen Manager – Nashville, TN - $75k to $90k
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
The Role You will be responsible for the full oversight of back‑of‑house and kitchen operations, ensuring consistent execution of food quality, speed, presentation, and safety. Working closely with senior leadership, this role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience while meeting financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all kitchen and back‑of‑house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and speed of service
Own food cost, labor control, scheduling, and budget performance in line with P&L expectations
Ensure full compliance with brand standards, local health codes, food safety, and sanitation requirements
Develop, train, and mentor a large and diverse culinary team, creating clear growth and succession paths
Drive 100% recipe adherence and execution across all service styles, including high‑volume and event service
Foster a guest‑first culture where food quality and consistency are non‑negotiable
What We’re Looking For
Extensive years of progressive experience in hospitality, with significant high‑volume restaurant or entertainment‑driven culinary leadership
Proven experience managing large teams and complex kitchen operations
Strong financial acumen with hands‑on experience managing food cost, labor, and P&L performance
A passionate, hands‑on leader with a strong coaching and development mindset
Creative problem solver who brings fresh ideas while respecting brand standards
