Job Title Applebee’s Server
Responsibilities
Provide guests with a first and last impression, greeting and serving them with friendliness.
Make menu recommendations, anticipate guests’ needs, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
Perform service tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 18.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience.
Compensation & Benefits Starting pay at $11.79 per hour plus tips. Daily Pay is available (not in California). Flexible work schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a clear career path are offered.
Physical Standards Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport items around the restaurant about 30 times per shift, speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings, work with disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective face coverings or masks, and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
