Job Description As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring service quality, and creating a welcoming bar experience for both guests and team members. You will work closely with servers to deliver the best drinks possible while adhering to established standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Engage friendly and professionally with staff and customers.
Support overall guest experience and teamwork on the front floor.
Qualifications
Minimum age 21 (per state law).
Effective verbal communication skills.
Commitment to delivering excellent service and a positive bar experience.

Physical Standards Employees must be able to remain stationary and mobilize for long periods (up to 4 hours). They must safely reach, bend, stoop, lift up to 25 pounds, transport plates, glasses, and baskets, and wear protective gear (hand coverings and face coverings) throughout the shift. Regular hand washing with disinfecting soap is required.
