As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to provide the best drink experience for customers and staff. You will greet guests, prepare drinks according to standards, and create a welcoming bar environment. The role requires a friendly demeanor, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering service excellence.
Responsibilities
Mix and serve beverages, both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic, per company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area and ensure all equipment is functioning.
Offer excellent customer service to guests and support front‑of‑house staff.
Stay compliant with safety and sanitation protocols throughout the shift.
Qualifications
Minimum 21 years old (per state law).
Strong communication skills and friendly attitude.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and remain stationary up to four hours.
Capability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and use hand coverings and face coverings as required.
Experience in bartending or customer service is preferred.

Physical Standards Must remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently. Must transport plates, glasses, baskets to dining room, service bar, kitchen approximately 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, and wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap during shift.
