40 Summary:
The Building Technician II will perform scheduled/unplanned and preventive maintenance and repairs to include plumbing and pipe systems, electrical, mechanical, building automation and controls. Document work daily and assist other department staff in various duties. Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED with three plus (3+) years' experience. Technical or College considered in place of Years of Experience. General Commercial/Industrial Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC & Computer knowledge required. Troubleshooting skills in Electrical, HVAC and knowledge of Building Automation Systems a plus. Certification/Licensure
Type I or II EPA certifications is preferred. Hours
Tuesday to Saturday: 7:00am to 3:30pm About Us
