Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Bakery Retail Team Member, based in Stuart, FL. The role involves assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include preparing bakery displays, maintaining cleanliness and organization, assisting in food preparation tasks, and supporting the team in daily operations to ensure the bakery runs smoothly.
Qualifications
Experience in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation
Knowledge of handling Cookies and Bread for sales and presentation
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene practices
Previous experience in a bakery or similar retail setting is a plus
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
