Delivery Driver - Non-CDL

Position Summary Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 5 am start until deliveries complete; rotating half‑day Saturdays. Overtime may be required.
Job Responsibilities
Drive a box truck under 26,001 lb or other vehicles, making 10–20 deliveries per day.
Complete and maintain accurate records and logs including driver’s logs, fuel logs, and other required records.
Make on‑time deliveries at customer sites safely and punctually in all weather conditions.
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle.
Lift up to 80 lb regularly (50 lb typical); when lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
Exert a pushing force up to 40 lb when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
Assist in loading/unloading and operate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker) as needed.
Work approximately 8–12 hours per day.
Operate a handheld device provided; ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
Collect payments from customers upon delivery.
Perform additional duties as reasonably directed by supervisor.

Physical Demands & Work Environment Must be able to lift 50 lb regularly, up to 80 lb occasionally, and exert 40 lb pushing force. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL. Work may involve weather exposure, moderate noise, and fumes from tires and lubricants.
Qualifications
21 years or older.
1 year professional driving experience (cube van, box truck, or semi) and successful company road test.
Trained to use powered industrial trucks and high‑reach lifts.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Able to safely lift 50 lb and occasionally 80 lb; exert a 40 lb pushing force.
Follow instructions and safety procedures.
Provide quality customer service.
Work overtime as needed.
Pass a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC).
Valid DOT medical card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
