CRISPR-Cas9 technologies, guide-RNA design, molecular cloning microbiology, fungal cultivation and Botrytis cinerea transformation molecular biology, DNA/RNA isolation, qRT-PCR, recombinant protein purification confocal microscopy for host-pathogen interaction studies supervising BSc and MSc students
